1. As the purchaser of any item you assume all responsibility for your own actions. Please make completely sure what you purchase is what you want, because there are no refunds or exchanges of any kind. Please make use of demos that are available to you. In addition read any available notecards provided for you in demo packages for more information on the items you are looking to purchase.

2. All skins are no transfer and not modifiable; no refunds will be given; no exchanges can be given. There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy.

3. All hair items are no transfer. ONLY non-rigged mesh and sculpted or prim hair can be resized or modified by script only; rigged mesh can not by modified or resized. No refunds will be given; no exchanges can be given. There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy.

4. If you purchased an item that doesn’t show up in inventory, visit our redelivery terminal at our mainstore at http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Damselfly%20Hair%20Salon/132/136/31.

5. All questions or comments should be sent in a notecard, not IM, to TOmmy Fairplay or Shylah Honey. Please do not IM.  We will respond to you within 24 hrs. Thank you for being our customer and patron!
